I received the Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park, MD, USA, in 2010. I received the B.S. (with highest honor) and M.S. degrees in Electronic Engineering from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 2003 and 2006, respectively. I am currently with Qualcomm Incorporated, San Diego, CA.
My Ph.D. dissertation focuses on game-theoretic modeling of cognitive radio networks. This work is done under the supervision of Prof. K. J. Ray Liu in the Signals and Information Group at University of Maryland, College Park.
